You may or may not know that I like to bug shoe-boutique assistants by trying-on very beautiful shoes for the benefit of this blog. Last night, while late-night-shopping, OR early evening wining and dining, meant that it was time to try the boots of the season on. After looking at the Brown Thomas Christmas windows (wadda you mean you haven’t seen ’em yet!) quite a lot, over the last week or so, I’ve completely fallen for the Manolo Blahnik white fur boots. Oh Lordy, I want them bad; if nothing else, they look so flippin warm.
I think I actually prefer them in black, rather than white. The ones I tried on were two sizes, too big, they only have one pair in store you see. You have to order them if you want them because they are all hand-made (by Santa’s elves???). You pay around €85o, your boots get commissioned and hand-made, and then you collect them in a week or so. Ah you so would. Dare you!
