Vintage is so now.
So much so that independent fashion labels, like Fever, are making the most of our current love of all things retro. Their collections are inspired by original vintage prints, redesigned with a contemporary edge which results in quirky, yet timeless pieces. Think Alice in Wonderland meets 50′s Hollywood on a Friday night in Whelans on Wexford St. and you should get the idea. If not I’ve posted the images from their gorgeous AW09 look book; the collection is available from Arnotts, Lowkey in Georges St. Arcade and Clery’s, Dublin, Prices range from €64 for blouses and boleros, €84 for dresses and €179 for the Kensington coat.
